Reflection: Developing a Conceptual Understanding Languages of the Old World: Sharing Our Knowledge - Section 3: Label New Learning


I think this part of the lesson is great, because students are really showing how they're seeing that we actually really DO use Latin suffixes quiet a bit today!  When students look at the list of words we're generating, they clearly show that they're gaining a conceptual understanding of how Latin really as left lasting effects on the English language and how we still use it quite a bit today!  Pretty cool!
