## Reflection: Adjustments to Practice Introduction to Pythagorean Theorem - Section 1: Bell Ringer

After years of using this story, which is very long, and either reading myself or allowing students to ready these very tongue tying words I finally tried something new.  This year I made a quicktime movie the night before and simply played the video, flaws  and all, for each class.  The book was not nearly as daunting to complete and all my students really paid attention to the video.
