Today I presented "Folklore" Power Point to help students differentiate between types of folk lore. I provided a "Folklore" Resource Page that students glued into their notebooks. While reviewing the details of the power point, students added other information which they felt was important.
I began by introducing general information about Folklore (screens 1 – 12).
In the rest of the power point, I addressed details about specific types of folklore (screens 13 – 30) to be read in class. These topics include: fables, myths, fairy tales, tall tales, and legends.
