Warm Up

15 minutes

Today is Free Read Friday. (The link here takes will take you to an earlier lesson with my reflection explaining Free Read Friday.) Students will read their personal library books for the first 15 minutes of class.

Independent Work

35 minutes

Taking the Time to Watch a Movie?

Students will take a handout from the caddy, and I will briefly review the task.

Then, we will begin the film. As they view students will follow directions on the handout to record similarities and differences between the two versions.
