I seat students alphabetically, by last name, in rows. I will hand out the Properties & Dvisibility Rules Quiz face down and tell students that they cannot start until I say so. Once all the quizzes have been given out, I will instruct students that if they need additional space for work then they may use the back of the quiz. I will answer any questions that students may have and then instruct students to begin.
If students finish the quiz early, I will remind them to check their work. When this is done, I will offer them a puzzle, such as Suduko, to work on.
