### Unit Description

This unit is great for re-teaching time. Lessons are broken down into telling time by the hours, half hour, quarter hour, 5 minute, and 1 minute intervals. The unit also covers elapsed time in both word problems and calendar format and introduces the concept of am and pm to students. Standards covered: 4.M.3. Identify time to the minute on analog and digital clocks using a.m. and p.m. Compute elapsed time using a clock (e.g., hours and minutes since …) and using a calendar (e.g., days since …).
