The intermediate Project Management course focuses on the management and planning of a project. The focus of this course is on the management of the project from beginning to end, from the planning to the delivery of the product or service.

Different management methods are involved during the project. In the early stages, you will have to identify the needs of the client and come up with a realistic assessment of the project. The goals of the project will be established early in the process and it will then become easier to plan the project.
