In this workshop, you will learn how to overcome fear of public speaking, and what your emotions and reactions could be before you ever speak in public. You will also learn a simple way to manage these intense emotions before a speaking engagement, or as soon as the speech is over, so that you are able to enjoy yourself in public.

Fear is a natural emotion. You will learn how to manage it and keep it under control. You will also learn to relax, learn to accept your fear, and learn to embrace the opportunity for learning about the craft of public speaking. This is not a one time experience, but a regular one.

The workshop will teach you how to learn to cope with fear, and what you can do to overcome it. Your therapist will help you learn to talk about the experience, get the support you need, and learn how to have an overall positive view on the event or presentation that you fear.

You will not be able to see or hear everything that you fear. You will learn how to control your mind so that you can gain perspective and control your reaction to certain fears.

You will be able to identify the things that you are afraid of during your first public speaking engagements. This can make it easier to avoid them or manage them. The workshop will also help you learn how to identify the common fears that everyone has, and then you can learn to face your fears head on.
