The duration of the Talent Management training course is usually two full days. Knowles Training Center will then be able to contextualise this training according to the length of time you wish to complete the training. It may be conducted at Knowles Training Center or at your home. Knowles Training Center will provide you with all the materials that are necessary for your training.

The third part of the course is the Skills Development Management (SDDM). This part will focus on developing your talents.
