OBJECTIVE
Students will know the rules of the music classroom, what activities take place in the music classroom, and what they are expected to learn in September
LANGUAGE OBJECTIVE
SWBAT increase their expressive language skills by using details when describing their music experiences in the classroom by using Tier 3 vocabulary that is used in the class as evidenced by their ability to identify different aspects and ask question about the music instruments demonstrated.
Materials Needed -Guitar, Boomwhackers, Boomwhacker Songs for September
Information
1-The layout of the music room
2-Class seats-section photos
3-Rules of the Boomwhacker
4-Introduction of Boomwhacker songs and playing in rhythm Verification
See if children are playing the Boomwhacker at the right time with the song, if they are using the instrument correctly, if they have eye contact with teacher, if they answer the teacher questions correctly
