Highly qualified educator with extensive experience in areas of curriculum and instruction as well as increasing student achievement according to state accountability standards. I am a two time graduate of North Carolina Central University. Over the past years in the classroom, I have been recognized for exhibiting excellent organization and collaboration skills with educators and stakeholders in addition to formulating embed practices into educational policies and classrooms for my current school district.
Currently, I am working on influencing educators and school districts while functioning in the role of educational consultant. My biggest accomplishment is the drafting of my quantitative research study for my dissertation entitled, " Under the Influence of Technology: Rethinking How iPads Impact Literacy Practices in Middle School Reading Classrooms.â
