Lessons

  1. Simple Probability

We will be able to find the probability of a simple event.

  2. Determining Sample Spaces

We will be able to determine sample spaces and probability.

  3. The Fundamental Counting Principle

We will use the Fundamental Counting Principle to determine total number of outcomes.

  4. Permutations

We will be able to determine the permutations for a set of objects and determine probabilities.

  5. Combinations

We will be able to determine combinations and probabilities.

  6. Theoretical and Experimental Probability

We will be able to find and compare theoretical and experimental probability.

  7. Independent Events

We will be able to determine compound probabilities using independent events.

  8. Dependent Events

We will be able to determine compound probabilities with dependent events.

  9. Disjoint Events

We will be able to determine the probability of disjoint events.

  10. FCP, Permutation, or Combination?

We will be able to determine if a problem is solved using a permutation, combination, or the Fundamental Counting Principle.
