Passion Statement
“Every teacher faces unique challenges in their classroom. The flexibility of PersonalizedPD means that I can have in-depth, one-on-one conversations with each teacher and really get to know their instructional style, their students‘ abilities, and how I can best support them to improve student outcomes.”
About
Cheryl’s journey in education began as an elementary teacher specializing in a multisensory approach, which led her to become a district consultant for this method. She later became the director of Education and Research programs at the Oceanarium at New Bedford before returning to schools as the Curriculum Director of the Atlantis Charter School system.

Math Coach
Passion Statement
“Many teachers have never had a coach, so they are initially a little wary. It usually only takes a few meetings for teachers to see that I am 100% here for them, on their schedule, meeting their needs, and providing support for their work in the classroom.”
About
Kelly’s career in education began as an upper elementary math teacher in Tolland, Connecticut where she was a student-elected star teacher. She later transitioned into the role of a Math Interventionist, working collaboratively with teachers to plan Common Core aligned units.

Jenna Keaney
Jenna Keaney
ELA Coach
