Speaking and Listening While Learning Our Sight Words

Unit 10: Speaking and Listening Lessons
Lesson 2 of 4

Objective: SWBAT decode and spell their sight words as well as learn the meaning of the word and use the words in a speaking and listening activity.

Big Idea: We all have sight word vocabulary that we're supposed to teach our students each week. This lesson will not only show how students can learn to decode and spell the words but to retain the words because they are using the words orally in sentences.
