Objective: SWBAT identify rhyming words in the -id word family and use did as a past tense word. Student Objective: I can use "did" in a sentence and write about the -id word family.

Big Idea: Two ideas will be met in this one lesson: recognizing the word "did" as a past tense word while introducing the -id word family.
