Comparing Mind to Book

Unit 21: Lesson with Writing
Lesson 4 of 7

Objective: SWBAT write two short paragraphs, one from what they remember and the other with facts from their book.

Big Idea: This lesson is designed to help students understand the importance of using their book and finding facts, over just trying to think of ideas from memory. They can see how much they remember and how much better their writing is with facts.
