By allowing students to select their groups on this activity, I knew I could rely on them to team with people they could trust/work. As can be seen in the above videos, there was an abundance of discussion and disagreements over the particular narrator, and the friends/close acquaintances teams allowed this discussion to occur in "safety"; students were not necessarily concerned about being judged by the peers they know well and trust. Additionally, students took the initiative in exploring the material, and using the glossary and index to define the points of view and exploring the stories in depth.
