Reflection: Pacing Listen To and Follow Directions: Day 2 - Section 3: Guided Practice


In this lesson it is important to watch the pacing because students have different abilities when it comes to using scissors and cutting.  Another thing to make sure you have done in advance is sharpen their pencils.  Students can poke holes in the paper with their pencils, but they need to be sharp.

Also, if you do hang these kites from the ceiling, make sure they do not obstruct regular student traffic paths, or violate local fire codes.
