## Reflection: Joy Sweet Treats-More Practice Counting from Any Number (11-20) - Section 4: Independent Practice and Informal Assessment

The students were really into this activity.  It was obvious they were comfortable with the format from the previous day and they just took off.  I got to see them stretch their knowledge as they counted on without having objects to tap.  Several students commented on how fun the lesson was.  They really enjoy lessons where they get an opportunity to get up and move.  Several students asked if they could do the lesson again and if I would put out more cards.  They really enjoyed themselves.
