Reflection: Modeling Is the Grinch Good or Bad? - Section 4: wrap up

Today's lesson went well.  My students were really excited that they were going to color, cut and glue the Grinch onto their writing.  I think that part made the whole writing piece special.  Using the sentence frames gave my students the guidance they needed to state their opinion and defend it.  Defending one's opinion is the hardest thing for a kindergartener to do.  I met the CCSS and they had a blast.
