Reflection: Writing Across the Disciplines Write It Wednesday Expressions - Section 2: Explore


Write It Wednesday is showing some improvements. We have moved past "good" as a standard response and are working toward providing feedback that classmates can use to improve their work. When students were stuck, I asked questions like, "What are you trying to tell the author?" and "What did they say that helped you understand?". Those prompts helped generate thinking.
