Reflection: Discourse and Questioning Multiplying Integers Lab - Section 2: Explore


This lab ran very smoothly. I like the idea of giving them some application after they explore a concept. It helps to make their understanding more concrete. I may try to present the application first then provide the foundation in a future unit to see if that helps students understand better.If they "do" first then learn, will that strengthen their understanding?
