Reflection: Online Resources Students At Work: Problem and Solution Literacy Workstations - Section 2: Rotations

When I run my workstations, I try to make them run as smoothly as possible. One issue I always had while working in small groups, was when using technology, the students ALWAYS messed up the links I posted. It didn't matter if I had it typed and hung on the computer or saved it as a bookmark, somehow there was always someone who found a way to make technology a burden for me. So, I started using Edmodo as a small group hub for these online experiences. Sometimes I just post the link here or I have the students read an article and respond to a post. I subscribe to RSS feeds that drop a word of the day right on the page, just to name a few ideas. The best part is, the kids can't accidentally delete or change what I have posted for them. Here's a quick peek at my workstation group.
