Reflection: Adjustments to Practice Images and Sounds that Convey Tone in Poetry - Section 2: Introduction

 

The tone words chart was worth it! My students are using the chart, and I am hearing more grade appropriate words in their responses. More importantly, they are learning new vocabulary to use in their writing AND in their speech.  I am hoping that it grows throughout the year. Shucks...maybe the students will be able to add to it soon.
