## Reflection: Routines and Procedures Write It Wednesday Introduction - Section 3: Landing

We looked at the Answer Sandwich strategy today and we have quite a bit of work ahead of us. I caught quite a few deer in headlights and I'm not sure that they are ready to exchange and discuss at this point. They seemed fine with providing brief answers and not offering any explanation. I tried to pry some extensions out of a few students. I don't think they are comfortable enough with my endless questions yet. Ultimately, I want them to learn that I ask questions to be helpful not to be annoying. I think I need to pull away from this strategy until the rapport has been better established.
