Reflection: Unit Planning Different Stories Have Similar Messages - Section 3: Independent Learning


This picture  is the idea I had for my classroom wall. I want students to identify theme for the books we use in lit circle, history and guided reading. Once they do this I plan on taking  a picture with my ipad and pasting it under the corresponding theme. I love the color differentiation and may use it to help with memory (ie. pink for love, orange for happiness, purple for courage, etc.) I kept the website address on the picture in case you want some other ideas from her.
