## Reflection: Modeling Building Our Problem Solving Tools - Section 1: Quick Check

Modeling is really important for students to see. I always think aloud about what I'm doing as I'm showing them models and problem solving strategies. I want to ensure students understand that we all think about problems in different ways and show our work with different models. I allow students to show their thinking as well, just to highlight how we can all arrive at the correct answer in different ways.
