Reflection: Positive Reinforcement Fair vs Equal: Connecting to Our Reading - Section 6: The Completed Package

Sometimes it is hard to find some time to have a little fun in a busy work week. After completing this lesson, we used the sticky notes with jobs on them to play a game. We used the stickies to play charades. Each student that wanted to act out their job could come up and do so. I did this at the end of the day as reward. I told the class to put their sticky somewhere safe, like their pencil box. I never told them what we would do with them.

I like to use items or materials from previous lessons to use as reinforcement for hard work.
