Reflection: Modeling Dividing 3-Digit by 1-Digit Numbers - Section 3: Group or Partner Activity

Students being able to model division gives them a conceptual understanding.  We used place value blocks along with our modeling and multiplication facts for this lesson.  However, the students need to be able to divide without using place value blocks because most of them do not have place value blocks at home to practice on the skill.  Therefore, drawing models will be an option that the students can use at all times.
