## Reflection: Trust and Respect Write It Wednesday Introduction - Section 1: Launch

The introduction to Write It Wednesday takes a considerable amount of time and patience. Students were resistant and vocal about their lack of understanding. They were not comfortable with providing feedback to their friends or to students they just met. I'm not sure if the discomfort came from the activity itself, a lack of trust, or an inability to complete the problem themselves.

It is going to take time and effort to create an atmosphere where students can use this strategy to their advantage.
