Reflection: Connection to Prior Knowledge Are You Afraid of Anything? 1/4 - Section 2: Reading the story

In this first lesson I am reading the text and discussing characters, setting and events, which is a review of our past lessons.  Today I am going to TRY to get the students to retell the story by ONLY drawing detailed pictures using a template for Beginning/Middle/End.  I have only used this template once before, so I am new at using this myself.  I am asking for detailed drawings that contain the characters and the setting to retell the events for this task.   I use other templates that have a few lines and smaller boxes for when I expect sentences.
