Reflection: Continuous Assessment Solving Multi-Step Word Problems Given a Part to Part Ratio - Section 7: Homework

I found it very helpful to use the same task for the bell ringer, student activity, and homework.  I have found this builds continuity and allows students to have a task that flows for the entire lesson on one sheet.  Because the mathematical practices are very much apart of our transition with the Common Core, the practices afford students the opportunity to work with 1 to 2 rich problems in one class sitting.  This allows me to find 2 rigorous problems for the task of the class and 2 rich problems for homework.

Continuous Assessment: Helpful to use the same task for the entire lesson
