Reflection: Checks for Understanding Test Practice Day - Section 3: Reviewing the Answers


We all know that students have difficulty transferring learning from one situation to another.  I was pleasantly surprised that my students did well on the four point cause and effect question. They used their "becauses" in the right places and checked with the text.  This was the most successful any of my classes have ever been with this selection and particular question.  I can only hope this learning presents itself when they have to show it in other circumstances.  For now, though, they got it!!!
