Have I mentioned yet how much I love this YouTube Channel? Crash Course Kids

Crash Course Kids

My students love it too, and although the hostess talks pretty fast, the animation and information is very engaging and the kids get excited when we watch these videos. What's even more exciting is that the channel is focusing on the 5th Grade NGSS standards and posts new videos every week. I've been using the videos primarily for introducing lessons, but this time I decided to end the lesson with the video as a review of what we learned as well as to introduce our next lesson on plants and what they need for growth.
