The compounds used to create libraries in this investigation are a worthwhile financial investment. Students are able to be gain valuable workplace skills due to the completion of this authentic performance assessment. I have normally been able to use the chemicals listed for 2-3 years before having to repurchase. The greatest factor in stretching the chemicals from year to year is to prevent cross contamination of the stock containers in addition to storing each chemical at the correct temperature as directed.
