## Reflection: Positive Reinforcement Review Day! - Section 2: Group Activity

This lesson leverages the power of peer support. While there was an individual incentive, in the form of candy, the biggest motivator for students to persevere through the review was the applause from their peers. Having students recognize each other for sustained effort and achievement normalizes that behavior and makes it an expectation they want to meet.
