Reflection: Intervention and Extension Creating Word Problems for Multiplying Fractions - Section 2: Class Discussion


I'm a big fan of using videos to reinforce a lesson.  I don't think videos should take the place of a lesson, but there are times when I know students would benefit from hearing a concept explained again or differently.  Sometimes, I feel students get so used to my voice that they unintentionally tune out.  Hearing a different voice re-focuses them and they may hear something they missed in my lesson.

If class time doesn't allow for a video, I will give students the website where they can access it on their own.
