Reflection: Coherence Cause and Effect - Section 2: Mini-Lesson

Because my District's understandings state that "students will understand that cause and effect is an organizational pattern that can be used in both narrative and exposition," and will have to transfer this understanding into a skill when they write both their Personal Narrative and Expository Essays, I understand that they really need to "get" it!

Later, I will need to address the fact that the Cause and Effect organizational pattern can also be found in exposition, and it's something that I have to keep in the back of my mind, but for now my focus is narrative text.
