Reflection: Flexibility The Life Cycle of a Plant - Section 4: Explain

 

Instead of having the students fix their posters at a later time.  I used it as a Morning Meeting activity the next day.  I went through the posters, that had stick it notes, and had the group suggest how to fix.  This way the students who made the mistakes can hear ideas on correcting the information.

Objective: SWBAT describe how a bean seed can go from a seed to producing a plant and eventually a new seed.

Big Idea: Today students will describe how a bean seed can grow into a plant that will produce a new bean with seeds inside and learn that it is a continuous cycle.
