Reflection: Checks for Understanding Weather - Section 4: Evaluate

The anticipation guide helped me to reflect over students' prior knowledge. I provided students with 6 statements for my younger students so I could get a quick pulse of what they know and do not know. If the students did not know a particular concept, I focused more on that area during the 'Exploration' activity. The anticipation guide stimulated my students' interest before they learned the new content. I noticed that my students were more focused because they wanted to verify their predictions.
