Reflection: Modeling Observable Properties VS Basic Characteristics - Section 4: Wrap Up

Going back to reflect on this lesson, I believe that modeling the change in a physical property and discussing it with the class prior to allowing the students to conduct their own investigation was definitely beneficial. The students seemed to have a better understanding of the difference between physical properties and basic characteristics. Having me there to model the change seemed to clarify the concept for the students. This strategy was extremely helpful in this lesson.
