Reflection: Real World Applications Observable Properties and Crayon Art - Section 3: Wrap Up


The students absolutely loved this lesson. I too enjoyed teaching this lesson as it incorporated art into the lesson as well. The students were able to take home their art work which is also beneficial because it allows the parents to have an eye in the classroom and really get a glance of what we are doing. This was a great lesson!

Big Idea: Students will create crayon art by melting crayons and identifying how the properties have changed.
