Reflection: Intervention and Extension What is Weathering? A Study of Australia's Twelve Apostles - Section 2: A Great Slide Show to Get Us Really Thinking


While most of my students were able to go through the slide show independently, I knew there were several that would have a hard time with certain vocabulary words in this particular slide show. I find that if I can hone in on small groups in introductory lessons and reading when a unit is new, I can head off some misconceptions as well as strengthen non-fiction reading skills.
