Reflection: Joy Features of Rock Layers - Section 4: Practice

One strategy I use for checking for understanding and group (and sometimes individual) practice is the use of student whiteboards. I utilize these from Amazon, and with some whiteboard markers and erasers, they're a very quick and easy way to turn a mundane, run-of-the-mill review or practice session into something students really love. It also definitely gives you the chance to very quickly and visually confirm how students are grasping the material. Always a great idea in your lessons!
