Reflection: Checks for Understanding Spring - Section 5: Elaborate


So, I was walking around and noticed that this child had not colored in half of her earth, and she had not labeled the earth. Labeling helps show their understanding of the tilt in the earths axis, and the color shows the understanding of the sunlight on the earth during that season. I noticed that she did not have the pattern correctly colored in and I just explain what I am looking for and the information to her again. My video shows my explanation: stop and check in.
