Reflection: Essay Writing The Organization of Life - From Organelles to Organism - Section 6: Evaluation

In this assessment students are required to write an essay using claim and evidence.  In addition students are required to use academic vocabulary in their explanations.  This particular assignment mirrors what my students are required to write in their District periodic assessments.  Finally my students took ownership of their work and were really vested in their role as representatives of United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation/mitoAction.
