Reflection: Diverse Entry Points Deter the Skunks - Section 3: Explore

As I was watching the students in this section attempt to highlight I saw a huge need to help one student. So, I begin tracking on one individual's paper. The rest of the students were tracking on their own on their paper, since it is October now. This is about the time students seem to get independent in tracking. But, this one child is struggling, so my video: scaffolding task complexity really shows how I support them. Now the child is also unable to highlight any evidence, but when we share in the explain seciton the student is able to record notes from my model.
