Reflection: Data Analysis Getting Food to The Cells (2) - Section 8: Independent

This is the 5th or 6th lab we've done in class and by now the students should really have the conclusion writing pretty much down. As I look at my data, the students are falling into three categories.  The largest group is doing well on labs and conclusions and the kids are scoring a 3 or 4 on every lab (out of 4).

A small middle group is trying but having problems with carrying data from the data section into the conclusion.  These kids are going to need an intervention of being sure to go back and look at the data to pull evidence.  My final group is also small and composed of kids who do not want to do the lab reports.  Either they are disengaged in the class in general or they are totally engaged but hate the writing.  This group needs some parental communication.
