Reflection: Exit Tickets Close Reading Strategies: Illustrating a Poem - Section 3: Independent/ Partner Work

 

The form that I passed out to students served as an exit ticket.  I was able to assess student understanding of the author's message and understand what my students were thinking by reading what they had written as evidence for the author's message.
