## Reflection: Real World Applications Combine 2D Shapes - Section 1: Activating Strategy

When teaching this lesson, it became very valuable for the students to add real world examples to the shape web.  I allowed them to determine what example they would put in each shape, but they had to justify why they chose that particular shape and which 2D shape it represented.
